Activation: "Already enrolled..." error on a new phone.

Having an issue activating the phone. Brand new tracfone phone but it says :
"Your device is already enrolled in the Auto-Refill program. If you would like to change your plan, please log in to My Business relationship"

Hullo, originally bought J3 orbit and TracFone website says this phone is already enrolled in the auto-refill program.

Tracfone Customer Service said to return the phone to store and rescan information technology in lodge to activate the phone.

Returned it to store, repurchased information technology, all the same does non work.

Can I enquire why Tracfone volition not only postal service the instructions publicly to fix this event so we don't have to wait for a few days for a reply on the fix? I am still waiting for my message on the set up give thanks you ..
